ARChip ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), delivery address and order details. If you create an account, we also store your login email and a securely hashed password — we never store your password in plain text. If you pay online, our payment partner Cashfree processes your card/UPI/bank details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with tools you can see in our Settings, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel when enabled — understand how our store is used. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with third parties

We share order details with delivery partners so they can fulfil your order, and payment details with Cashfree Payments to process online payments. These partners are only given what they need to do their job.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart. If analytics tools are enabled in our Settings, they may use cookies to understand site usage.

Data retention

We retain order records as required for accounting, warranty and legal purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it.
